Hey fitness marketing world, newsflash: being in shape doesn't look the same for everyone. It doesn't require a fad diet, and not everybody finds the same workouts motivating and awesome. Some people love running, some people hate it. Some people like lifting, and some people hate it - and that's ok!

 

Moreover, yogi's don't have to be flexible and thin, and Olympic lifters don't have to be hugely muscular. If it's good for you, you don't have to fit in the pre-conceived box where 'those people' belong - just do it and get the benefits!
